Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days for UK orders and 7–15 business days for international orders. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by carrier, customs, weather, or other delays outside our control.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after the order has been dispatched. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking link.

Shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
